Spot Solana ETFs Gain Momentum Amid Bitcoin and Ether Outflows
With inflows for the fourth day in a row, Spot Solana ETFs are still attracting a lot of interest from investors. A capital rotation from Bitcoin and Ether funds coincides with this trend. SoSoValue data shows that spot Solana ETFs saw $44.48 million in inflows on Friday, increasing the total inflows to $199.2 million. Thus, the overall assets exceeded $502 million. With the largest contribution of fresh capital and a daily gain of 4.99%, the Bitwise Solana ETF (BSOL) took the lead.
Spot Bitcoin and Ether ETFs Face Declining Investor Interest
Spot Bitcoin ETFs, on the other hand, experienced daily net outflows of $191.6 million on the same day, extending a week-long trend of profit-taking. Outflows from the funds totaled $470.71 million the day before and $488.43 million on Thursday. Additionally, $98.2 million was pulled out of Spot Ether ETFs, bringing their total inflows down to $14.37 billion. On Thursday and Wednesday, the fund lost $184.3 million and $81.4 million, respectively.
Solana Momentum Set to Continue Amid Crypto Rotation
Market participants refer to the move into Solana ETFs as a capital rotation. Kronos Research’s chief investment officer, Vincent Liu, stated that the pattern demonstrates a rising desire for fresh stories and staking-driven yield prospects.
