Ondo Finance [ONDO] continues to solidify its leadership in the Real World Asset (RWA) space through a strategic partnership with Ripple’s XRP Ledger (XRPL), enabling 24/7 access and redemption of tokenized U.S. Treasuries via the RLUSD stablecoin. This collaboration marks a significant advancement in bridging traditional finance with decentralized finance (DeFi).
Institutional Growth Powered by BlackRock’s BUIDL Fund
The integration was facilitated by the BUIDL Fund, an initiative by BlackRock, making Ondo Finance a central hub for institutional DeFi infrastructure. This partnership not only represents a strategic move but also operational capital deployment aimed at scalable revenue generation.
Ondo’s Total Value Locked (TVL) reached a new all-time high of $1.368 billion, reflecting an increase of over $20 million from its previous peak. The platform’s market capitalization stood at $2.824 billion, with a daily trading volume of approximately $167 million. Although annualized fees generated $54.24 million, platform revenue was recorded at $11.69 million, highlighting ongoing revenue-sharing with token holders.
Price Analysis: ONDO Eyes $0.90 Resistance Level
From a technical perspective, ONDO’s price maintained its uptrend, hovering near the $0.88 support level after retesting its trendline. If this support holds, ONDO could rally toward the $0.90 zone and potentially challenge the swing high near $0.98. However, a breach below $0.867 might trigger a pullback to $0.84 or lower.
The MACD indicator signals weakening bullish momentum as the MACD line fell below the signal line, suggesting possible short-term price weakness unless buying pressure returns. Traders should monitor $0.867 and $1.00 as key levels for directional confirmation.
XRP Price Remains Stable Amid Partnership News
Meanwhile, XRP exhibited modest gains, stabilizing around $2.30 in the past 24 hours. The partnership with Ondo Finance has yet to influence XRP’s price significantly in the short term but may contribute to long-term value appreciation as DeFi adoption on the XRPL grows.
