Created by Cometh Game Studios, Cometh Battle is a blockchain-based PvP card game with P2E mechanics that is free to play. In this game, players get ships and NFT cards. Thanks to this ownership, players can trade within the game, and sell or buy their NFTs on the secondary markets.
Gameplay
First of all, users who want to play the Cometh Battle game need to log in to the game’s site and connect their Web3 wallets to the game. After connecting their wallets, players can play in PvP mode, mine asteroids with spaceships, or explore unknown regions of the galaxy.
The spaceships in the game that players use to fight against their opponents. There are different spaceships of different rarities in this game. This difference is both in terms of design and in terms of usefulness in the game. After logging in to the game, players can access the spaceships in their wallet connected to the game from the ‘my ships’ section located in the left corner of the screen. Private Game and Public Game
Ranked Public Game Mode

Private Mode
Custom mode is the game mode where players can play against any player they want. Players who want to play in this mode create a login code after selecting ‘Private Mode’. Copy the generated code and share it with the player you want to be matched with, and if the opposite player enters the same code, two players are matched. The encounters that take place in this mode are not counted for the leaderboard and ELO points.
ELO Points
ELO Points are ranking points used to determine a player’s position on the Leaderboard. If you win a match, you gain ELO points, but if you lose the match, your ELO points will drop. Thanks to this system, players are matched in PvP battles with their opponent, who has similar performances, and everyone is given an equal chance in combat experience.
Access to ELO Points and Score Board (Leaderboard)
The leaderboard ranks all ComethBattle players based on the number of ELO points or their success in battle. Players who want to access the Leaderboard can access it from the tab located on the right side of the game screen.
Economics
Cometh Battle is a free-to-play and play-to-own game. Players engage in galactic battles with strategies based on decks of cards. Here, cards are not sold by Cometh, but players can create them by crafting from in-game resources and using tokens included in the DeFi protocols.
All players get a free ship and a free deck of 40 cards. These assets are not NFTs and can change over time to showcase new mechanics. Here, players can earn income by renting their ships with award-winning games, tournaments, and e-sport events. In general, the economic model of Cometh Battle is indicated in the photo below.
