$2B Stablecoin Boost: Plasma’s XPL Token Launches Next Week

The stablecoin-focused blockchain Plasma has announced that its native token, XPL, and mainnet beta will be launched on September 25. In terms of stablecoin liquidity, the blockchain network will rank as the seventh largest cryptocurrency network if the launch is successful. Following a blog post by the network announcing the XPL token and mainnet beta’s upcoming launch next week, the announcement was made. For the debut, the network also stated that $2 billion worth of stablecoins will be available.
Plasma Integrates 100+ DeFi Protocols for Massive Liquidity
The plans to heavily invest in over 100 DeFi partners have been made public by the Plasma stablecoin blockchain. This covers popular DeFi protocols including Ethena, Fluid, Euler, and Aave. The team hopes that this investment will yield immediate advantages and save money that will last. Additionally, they want to create extensive USDT marketplaces and provide the lowest interest rates in the market, especially for USDT.
It is expected that upon the launch of the mainnet beta, Plasma users will have the ability to access vault deposits and withdraw USDT from the account. The event will mark the conclusion of their last launch phase and provide all users with the opportunity to take advantage of USDT transfers at no cost, according to the company.
Plasma’s XPL Rollout Comes With Limited Free Transfer Access
Plasma has warned its customers that it will limit zero-fee transfers to its products for the debut of its mainnet beta and native currency, XPL. Interestingly, this will hold true throughout the testing and launch stages. Other services, however, will not be affected by this. Following the team’s revelation that it intends to progressively allow free transfers for additional services, the announcement was made.
