Binance Labs Announces Investment in Game Developer GOMBLE

The blockchain-based casual game developer GOMBLE received investment from Binance Labs, the venture capital division and accelerator of Binance. Binance Labs Announces Investment in Game Developer GOMBLE

With a main emphasis on balanced tokenomics and sustainable governance, the game developer intends to translate its Web2 gaming model to Web3. The $CRT governance token will be available to users via a prize system for tournaments. In short, NFT purchases, tournament passes, and in-game items can all be made with $CRT.

“Blockchain gaming needs to move away from the concept of ‘earning’ to what truly captures the hearts of billions of gamers: entertaining gameplay. The game developer’s experienced team and focus on building engaging, social, and sustainable blockchain games with flexible governance offers a pathway for delivering the value of Web3 to existing casual gamers, thus welcoming new users to the BNB Chain ecosystem.”

About RumbyStars

In Q2 2023, the game developer will introduce RumbyStars as a mobile soft launch in Southeast Asian markets. After then, it intends to grow by entering Europe, East Asia, South America, and North America. In addition, the company will continue to develop RumbyWorld, its social infrastructure, and the GaaS platform that enables already-existing NFT and GameFi projects to join RumbyStars and develop unique NFTs and games.

“Unlike existing blockchain games that focus on core games, the game developer aims to target the global market with easy and fun casual games that even non-gamers can enjoy. Starting with RumbyStars, the game developer is focused on building to provide users around the world with a pleasant experience and a greater diversity of games in the future.”

Jihoon Byun, CEO of GOMBLE
