Crypto News – According to an official release on December 19, the Appellate Court of Montenegro ordered on December 14 to invalidate the judgment of the High Court of Podgorica approving Kwon’s extradition to either South Korea or the United States.

Kwon’s defence has successfully appealed that ruling, according to the most recent ruling by the appeals court, and the matter ought to be sent back to the Podgorica Basic Court for a new trial.
