Elon Musk Revives TITS Proposal, Hinting at Dogecoin Tuition Discounts
The billionaire tech entrepreneur Elon Musk has taken to his official account on the X platform to bless Katherine Boyle, a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, who suggested that it is already time to begin founding the company known as TITS. This abbreviation represents the Texas Institute of Technology and Science. Musk first proposed the notion of establishing this institution with epic merchandise on Twitter back in 2021.

Those who own pets would receive a discount, Musk said in a 2021 tweet, and the tuition will be paid for in Dogecoin. The well-known DOGE enthusiast and software entrepreneur said, “Maybe it is time!” in response to Katherine Boyle’s tweet earlier yesterday. TITS would provide Dogecoin with a huge real-world use case and accelerate its popularity if this were to occur.
Musk’s Experimental Schools: Redefining Education for the Future
In addition to revolutionizing the electric vehicle and space sectors, Musk is renowned for his proposal to upend the current American educational system. He’s already established two schools. Ad Astra (Latin meaning “To the Stars”) was the name of one of them. For his SpaceX employees’ kids, it was a closed school. Instead of using grades and standard academic courses, the school taught kids to solve problems, think critically, and learn science, engineering, and ethics. Depending on their skill level, the kids were divided into groups.
In 2020, Ad Astra was shut down. Musk then carried on with his educational experiments, founding Astra Nova that same year. The educational tenets were comparable to those of Ad Astra, but this time the school was accessible to everyone, not just a select few. The goal of that school was also to teach kids the skills that society and technology would need in the future.
