Chris Sirise, a founding partner at Saison Capital, has resigned from his position to co-found LiquidX Studio, a venture builder that assists Web3 firms in the ideation stage.

LiquidX is a studio focusing on the application layer, which serves as the user interface for Web3 activities, according to Sirise in a post announcing the departure. Prior to joining LiquidX and Saison Capital, Sirise worked as a product manager at Grab and an adviser at Antler, where he concentrated on lending and payment solutions for Grab Financial Group. Sirise declared that he would continue to make direct investments in fledgling businesses.

The technology and funding needed by founders to bring their products to market are provided by LiquidX. According to its LinkedIn page, the organization always works one-on-one with founders, unlike incubators or accelerator programs.
LiquidX aims to create five to six new businesses primarily through two channels. One could be produced by the venture builder alone or in collaboration with entrepreneurs. If it works with established startups, LiquidX employees will fill tech and product roles in the founding teams of these businesses.
