Microsoft Executive Henry Bzeih, who gave an interview at the CES 2023 event in Las Vegas, shared his thoughts about the future of the metaverse.
Metaverse Will Be Based on a Hybrid Model
Henry Bzeih, Microsoft‘s global chief strategy officer responsible for mobility, automotive and transportation, recently commented on his thoughts about the future use of the metaverse in an interview he gave at the CES 2023 exhibition. Stating that the world is moving to a digital environment day by day, the manager stated that he believes that a hybrid model will be the future of consumer and company relations.
“When we talk about the whole customer experience, you have to factor in the metaverse,” said Bzeih, who has been working in the automotive and technology field for 28 years.
Microsoft‘s manager Bzeih said, that the company currently has mobility cross functionality to improve customers’ shopping experience. In addition, consumers cited the car shape as an example today. Bzeih stated that with this new technology, consumers can configure the colors and specifications of a car through the metaverse instead of going to the dealership. Following these developments closely, Microsoft recently expressed its partnership with the company Touchcast as a natural development.
Bzeih said“ “Microsoft is sitting behind the scenes in an enablement mode. What we do is create that edge to cloud product and solution areas for our customers.”
In addition to these, Bzeih stated that it would not be easy to integrate car sales with the metaverse into the US market, adding the following statement;
“The process can be difficult as it calls upon the need to adjust to the ideas of independent franchise owners, who often, too, find the metaverse puzzling.”
For these reasons, Microsoft’s manager thinks that the solution is a hybrid model.
