COTI, the official issuer of Djed, Cardano‘s algorithmic stablecoin, is a blockchain pay platform. In order to enable NFT payouts on Cardano using Djed, the platform has announced a partnership with blockchain company Yepple.
COTI’s Statement
According to the statement made by COTI recently, the latest partnership they have will allow NFT developers to protect their investments against changes in ADA‘s price. The reason for this is that content producers who list their projects with the Djed price tag instead of the ADA price tag will have the opportunity to collect payouts in Djed. The platform also announced this development through its official Twitter account.
The platform pointed out that the team’s latest collaboration is another step to ensure that Cardano blockchain users really benefit from the Djed stablecoin. The partnership with Yepple will also be beneficial for the growing developer community on the network, especially given the incredible rise of the NFT industry in Cardano.
Developments and Partnerships for Djed
The current collaboration is the latest in a long string of Djed alliances created by COTI. The platform announced in July last year that it had partnered with five additional businesses to increase the adoption of Djed for a month. Kirkstone, Iagon, and Trading Trent are a few of these organizations.
Less than a month after the announcement, COTI announced that it had teamed up with WingRider, a Cardano-based market maker, to form a Djed collaboration. Similar to the Yepple relationship, COTI announced another partnership in September of last year. Cardano Warriors, a multiplayer role-playing game on the Cardano platform, will integrate Djed payouts for their NFTS as a result of the collaboration.
