The announcement was released shortly after the enterprise software pioneer announced on March 15 that it was expanding its client services to include the administration of non-fungible token (NFT) loyalty programs. Wyatt announced this partnership with a tweet on his Twitter account.

About Loyalty Programs

Businesses can profit from loyalty programs. Recurring customers can contribute almost 40% of a company’s income, according to data from rewards program provider Smile.io. Blockchain technologies have been employed more frequently in recent years to reward loyal consumers and increase customer engagement. For instance, BlockFi and Gemini declared they would provide credit cards with bitcoin rewards.
