EigenDA was activated on the Mantle Mainnet on March 19 thanks to a hard fork, or backward-incompatible upgrade. EigenDA is a decentralized, high-throughput, and safe Ethereum data availability service.

A 15 MB/s throughput is allegedly achieved by the EigenDA integration, which increases Mantle Network‘s scalability without exceeding data rate limitations.
