Tornado Cash Developer Pertsev Denied Bail: Appeals Process Continues

Bail has been refused for Tornado Cash’s creator, Alexey Pertsev, while his attorneys get ready to file an appeal against allegations of money laundering. The denial of Pertsev’s bail request was unexpected, according to his defense attorney, Keith Cheng. He also mentioned the denial of Pertsev’s second request to use a computer in order to get ready for his appeal.
