SentinelOne Q3 FY2025: Strong Demand for Singularity Drives SentinelOne’s ARR Recovery
Top executives at the cybersecurity vendor SentinelOne reported Wednesday that the company is experiencing a re-acceleration in new annual recurring revenue (ARR), leading the company to increase its guidance for the entire current fiscal year. The company’s financial report for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, which concluded on October 31, included the updates. According to management, partners and consumers are expressing a strong need for various aspects of the company’s Singularity platform. During SentinelOne’s quarterly call with analysts on Wednesday, CFO Barbara Larson stated that net-new ARR increased by 4% compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, SentinelOne increased its forecast for revenue growth in its full fiscal year 2025 from 31% to 32%. The vendor’s third fiscal quarter total revenue of $210.6 million, up 28.6 percent year over year, was marginally beyond analyst estimates. Nonetheless, the company’s GAAP net loss of 25 cents per share was greater than the Wall Street consensus expectation of 20 cents per share. Following the financial report, SentinelOne’s stock price dropped 13.9 percent to $24.69 per share in after-hours trading.
