PWN has come a long way since its inception during a hackathon in 2020. In just two years, its founders Josef Je and Steve Fau have transformed the initial concept into a growing platform, fresh out of beta. Closing the long-term credit gap for digital assets, democratizing mortgage financing, and enabling individuals to have stable and compound income are the daily bread and motivation of a determined and expanding team of 20 people.

Our team cannot be more grateful for the enthusiastic embrace of PWN’s groundbreaking approach to lending and borrowing using digital assets as collateral by many renowned industry leaders. This endorsement underscores the potential of pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the transition between digital assets and DeFi.

“PWN’s approach to lending and borrowing using digital assets as collateral is a game-changer. Unlocking lending and derivatives on NFTs helps push forward the narrative that these are legitimate capital assets which will help the entire space. I’m excited to see PWN pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the crossover between NFTs and DeFi.

To advance their missions, they will introduce the PWN DAO, a community-driven initiative that oversees the functioning of the protocol, and associated tools developed by our team, such as Safe or Token Wrapper. Empowering the community is the path toward decentralized decision-making and building an accessible DeFi mortgage infrastructure that aims to pursue.
