Shifting our focus briefly, recent leaks divulge that McDonald’s Hong Kong has embraced The Sandbox (SAND) metaverse to pioneer a pioneering Web3 experience. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of Chicken McNuggets, the franchise is set to introduce a virtual landscape named “McNuggets Land,” offering an array of virtual and online activities aligned with the theme of sharing. This groundbreaking initiative invites users to delve into the four-decade journey of McNuggets, immersing themselves in The Sandbox and interacting with game characters inspired by the iconic Chicken McNuggets.
