On November 10, Hayden took to X (formerly Twitter) to share screenshots highlighting reports of a $2 million exploit allegedly taking place on the Uniswap platform. Despite these alarming claims, Hayden confirmed that the news of the exploit was fake and urged everyone to exercise caution and avoid falling victim to the schemes of scammers.

Regarding the fabricated $2 million Uniswap phishing scam, Hayden Adams clarified that the accounts associated with ZachXBT and Certik were not authentic. These accounts mimicked the profiles of on-chain investigator ZachXBT and blockchain security firm CertiK, spreading false information about the Uniswap scam to generate panic among users, particularly in the U.S.

The scammers went to great lengths, even organizing a Zoom recording featuring purported high-ranking Uniswap executives and sharing a link. They urged users to click on the link to revoke approval, to defraud cryptocurrency users.

Dispelling the rumors and putting an end to the Uniswap scam trend, Adams emphasized that Uniswap and the Uniswap Foundation were not involved in the video or associated with the individuals in question. He reassured the community that no such $2 million scam had been reported.
