The Countries With the Largest Adult Population That Trade Cryptocurrencies

New research conducted by the business data company Morning Consult in collaboration with Bloomberg and the World Bank revealed that more than half of the adult population in Nigeria and Turkey trade cryptocurrencies every month.

Although India has the world’s largest population interested in crypto with 300 million people, the percentage of the adult population in this population is only 29%. Although China ranks second in the world with 93 million active crypto users, the percentage of the adult population is still as low as 8%.

In contrast, it has been revealed that 56% and 54% of adults in Nigeria and Turkey actively trade cryptocurrencies every month. According to the survey, one out of every seven adults in a global population of 900 million people routinely interacts with the blockchain ecosystem.
