Players also have the option to sell their NFTs, with the buyer inheriting their position in the game.

On June 11, just before the Emmy nomination ballot was announced, Uniswap Labs—renowned for its Ethereum-based decentralized cryptocurrency exchange—acquired CTG for an undisclosed mix of cash, crypto, and equity. Abruscato and the rest of the development team have now joined Uniswap to oversee season 3 and develop other interactive experiences for the crypto community.
CTG is competing for a spot in the Emmy Awards against a diverse array of nominees, including virtual reality experiences, Verizon’s Catch My iPhone game, the Billboard Music Awards, and projects from notable personalities like horror film director Eli Roth, composer Jean-Michel Jarre, celebrity Lucy Liu, and the beloved Claymation characters Wallace & Gromit. Voting by members of a specialized peer group will continue through June 25.
