LUNC Crypto Rebirth: Cosmos Stacks Developers Join Forces with L1 Team
A proposal to fix several problems with Terra Classic was put up for voting by the development team when they found them.
Voting on the “Genuine Labs Terra Classic Development Proposal,” or Proposal 11940, will take place on the community-backed Terra Luna Classic Station wallet. The group suggests cooperating with the L1 teams on the Terra Luna Classic.
Seeking $16,000 during a six-week period, the team hopes to make significant enhancements to the Terra Luna Classic ecology. 97% of community members support it, according to the results of the first vote. 1% of voters said “no,” while 2% said “no with a veto” in response to the proposition. In support of the idea, a few validators have also cast votes.
About the Team to Revive Terra Luna Classic
The development team’s first priorities will be completing the integration and enhancement of the Packet Forward Middleware (PFM) and IBC Hooks features. Then, they will refine the interchain and end-to-end testing of the charge-tax charging mechanism. IBC-hooks and PFM have already been deployed on the following branch, according to former L1TF member Fragwuerdig, and Genuine Labs might need to repost work proposals.
Dong is a junior developer, Minh is a senior developer, and Nguyen is a senior developer. Among other things, they produced a fee abstraction module, worked on core repositories such as Gravity-Bridge, IBC-Go, and Cosmos-SDK, and contributed to Osmosis, Quicksilver, Stride, and Composable.
