Google Chrome has now totally released a feature that means that when Google searches for an Ethereum address, the search results will include the Ethereum balance as well as a link to Etherscan, according to Nalin, the product manager for Google Cloud Web3.

Nalin announced the feature in a tweet on his Twitter account.

In order to search Ethereum wallet addresses and see wallet holdings (including ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, etc.), the Google team is now researching token balances using the public BigQuery dataset on Google Cloud. However, using ENS domain names for searches is not currently possible with this feature.

About the Feature

According to Coincu, the top content of the search for Vitalik Buterin’s address, “0xd8dA6BF26964aF9D7eEd9e03E53415D37aA96045,” displays the address’ balance and a link to Etherscan. However, the Google browser’s English page must be set up for these two functionalities it should be mentioned.
