According to a string of tweets from PeckShield Alert, thieves have taken 13 digital artifacts from the Blur marketplace.
Blur Attacked by Hackers, 13 NFTs Stolen
Late in March, NFT sales began to decline, and they have stabilized during the past two months. Hackers hit Blur in the last 24 hours as the quantity and value of NFT trades started to increase.
About Stolen NFTs
The MetaHeroCore #24, Doodles #1501, and Doodles #1504 were taken by a hacker going by the handle Fake_Phishing156212. Without spending any money on the collectibles, the attacker paid approximately $30 in transaction fees for the NFTs on the Ethereum (ETH) network. PeckShieldAlert announced this theft with a tweet.
Additionally, according to on-chain statistics, another attacker by the name of PinkDrainer was able to acquire five MiladyMakers for just 0.000000000000005 ETH, which is practically nothing. The transaction costs, however, cost the phisher about $113.
Attacker PinkDrainer Won’t Stop
Another tweet from PeckShield claims that PinkDrainer also took Otherdeed #54541, Bean #14446, Doodle #6853, and 2 RENGAs.
Then, on the Blur Pool, PickDrainer exchanged the Otherdeed #54541, worth around $1,900, for an Otherside #65611 and 0.478 ETH, worth about $890.
