Avalanche Foundation announced the launch of the Avaissance NFT program to support digital content creators and grow the Avalanche NFT ecosystem.
Avalanche Foundation Launches NFT Initiative Avaissance
NFT technology continues to evolve and grow in popularity. Not wanting to miss out on the advantages of this popularity, projects have launched many NFT initiatives. Although there are many NFT solutions on the market, approximately 78% of NFTs are created on the Ethereum blockchain. Although the NFT solutions offered promise faster transaction times and lower fees than Ethereum, the Ethereum blockchain is the leader in the NFT industry.
Avalanche is known as a blockchain, offering NFT-powered platforms. By creating a new NFT initiative, the company will support digital content creators and grow the NFT ecosystem. This program will consist of 2 phases. Using these programs, digital content creators will be able to benefit from Avalanche’s services, such as security, speed, and low transaction fees.
Artist-in-Residence (AIR)
Artist-in-Residence, created by Avalanche, will be a support program for more than 50 digital content creators. The support program will be open for applications until April 28th. The first lineup of more than 50 people will be announced in May.
Digital content creators who qualify for the AIR program will enter a 6-month training program. The training program will include one-on-one mentoring, significant funding, and opportunities to participate in virtual workshops. Participants will also learn about digital marketing strategies and how to use digital tools in virtual workshops. The NFTs created at the end of the training will be launched within the Avalanche ecosystem.
Mona Lisa Initiative (MLI)
The Mona Lisa program will be an NFT program focused on DAOs. Avalanche Foundation will gift Avalanche NFTs to DAOs participating in the MLI program. DAOs will thus expand their NFT collections.
DAOs selected for the MLI program will be announced soon. The program’s priority will be to purchase NFTs created by promising digital content creators.
