Binance Launchpad announces the upcoming token sale of Arkham: 1 ARKM = 0.05 USD, with a hard cap of 2.5 million USD, following a subscription-based model.
Arkham (ARKM) Becomes Binance’s 32nd Launchpad Project, as Announced
The BNB holdings snapshot will be taken from 08:00 am on July 11 to 08:00 am on July 17 (Eastern Eighth District time). Arkham is a Nansen-like data analysis platform. Binance Launchpad reveals its 32nd project, Arkham (ARKM), and plans to initiate a token sale based on the Launchpad subscription format. The token sale will commence by recording user BNB balances starting on July 11, 2023, and will continue for a period of six days until July 17, 2023.
During this period, the BNB balances of users will be calculated through hourly snapshots for each day, and the final BNB holding amount for each user will be determined as the average of the six days using the Daily Average BNB Balance calculation. The public sale token price is set at 1 ARKM = 0.05 USD, while the BNB price will be determined prior to the subscription.
The Launchpad sets the hard cap at 2,500,000 USD, with a maximum limit of 15,000 USD per user (equivalent to 300,000 ARKM). The total token supply of Arkham is 1,000,000,000 ARKM, with Binance Launchpad allocated 50,000,000 ARKM (5% of the total token supply). The token sale adopts a subscription-based format, exclusively accepting BNB. The subscription timeline includes a preparation period from July 11 to July 17, 2023, during which user BNB balances will be calculated.
The subscription period will commence on July 17, 2023, and will last for 24 hours, during which eligible users must sign the Token Purchase Agreement before committing their BNB. It is important to note that once committed, the BNB will be locked, and users will not have access to other functions such as transfers, withdrawals, or trading until the final token distribution.
