Lacoste, a French clothing brand, today revealed the newest development in its expanding Web3 program: UNDW3. It is a gamified, token-gated ecosystem that rewards users for taking part in NFT-related activities and community events.
A Brand-New Ecosystem UNDW3 from French Clothing Brand Lacoste
Lacoste introduced UNDW3 in June of last year. This Web3 effort was built on the release of 11,212 profile image NFTs that parodied the brand’s crocodile-centric design.
With today’s news, the UNDW3 program’s benefits, which included access to special products and in-person community activities, are greatly expanded. Lacoste hopes it will establish itself as a dependable online resource for clients and anyone looking for a deeper, mutually beneficial relationship.
What are the Features of UNDW3?
Holders of UNDW3 NFT who link their cryptocurrency wallets to the UNDW3 portal, which went online today, can now take part in Lacoste-sponsored creative competitions and sessions, video game missions, and interactive chats. Users’ UNDW3 cards, which are linked to their wallets and related Discord accounts, will fill up with points the better they perform in these activities. Additionally, as a user earns more points, their NFT becomes rare, which, according to Lacoste, raises the asset’s value.
Beyond the fleeting trends surrounding NFTs and the metaverse, we see blockchain as an accelerator, ushering in a more inclusive and experiential digital realm. By rewarding creators and fostering horizontal relationships with our customers, we invite them into our creative process.

UNDW3 will Consist of Five Seasons
Lacoste also made a small announcement about its new ecosystem and the innovations that come with it on its official Twitter account.
Over the course of seasons that will be divided into month-long, themed chapters, UNDW3 missions will take place both on Discord and on Lacoste’s dedicated website. The top 200 most active users will get awards at the end of a season. October will mark the conclusion of UNDW3’s first season, which will include five chapters.
