In order to obtain a Binance debit card, some employees and volunteers of the company offered advice on how to forge bank documents, lie about addresses, or conceal one’s country of origin, according to the news channel, which translated the messages posted in Binance-run Chinese-language chatrooms.

According to CNBC on Wednesday, who cited Chinese-language posts from a Discord server and Telegram channel under the authority of Binance, certain Binance staff members and trained “volunteers” are assisting users in China and other nations to get over Binance’s Know Your Customer rules.

About the “Angels” Message Group

In order to get around security measures and get a Binance debit card, the chat group members, known as “Angels,” allegedly exchange strategies like faking bank documents, lying about residences, and obscuring the place of origin. On the other hand, China outlawed cryptocurrency in 2021 and crypto exchanges in 2017.
