According to the most recent data released by IOHK, the Cardano ecosystem has seen significant growth recently. Eight new projects on the Cardano platform were introduced just in December and January. Also, the platform is presently home to seventeen more projects in development. With 1,320 projects still in the works, this takes the total number of projects underway to 157.
Plutus Scripts Also Increased
There was a noticeable uptick in the creation of Plutus scripts, which allow Cardano smart contracts. Plutus V2 scripts increased by 13,091, bringing their total to 17,718. Plutus V1 scripts increased by 81, totaling 6,332. Advances in governance and infrastructure In addition to introducing new capabilities like integerToByteString and byteStringToInteger bitwise operations, which will be featured in the future Plutus V3 following the Conway upgrade, Cardano’s infrastructure continues to be strengthened.
