Shiba’s AAA Rating Withdrawn by Certik
Major blockchain security platform Certik has dropped SHIB from its former position on the AAA list of cryptos, according to a tweet from the prominent SHIB-themed account @ShibBPP.
Shiba Inu, the second-largest meme coin, currently has a security score of 51 on Certik. The rating for this page, which is already the second on the list, is AA rather than the previous rating of AAA.
Data on SHIB’s Position
SHIB even dropped lower earlier this month, to 57th rank, according to a thorough study by Certik. However, it is currently back at 51. The coin currently has a 93.67 security score. The platform rates the market sentiment indicator at 53 out of 100, which it classifies as “neutral,” and the social sentiment measure at 79 out of 100, which it rates as “mostly positive.”
SHIB community is Getting Worried
Since there haven’t been any recent changes to Shibarium, the SHIB community is worried and is hoping that this will change soon. Kusama just posted a message on Telegram promising “many updates,” but none have appeared as of yet.
