Mercuryo’s Crypto Mastercard Card Brings Instant Access to 40+ Cryptocurrencies
The introduction of Mercuryo‘s crypto-to-fiat Mastercard debit card came after the company launched several comparable Mastercard payment solutions in recent years that are aimed at owners of digital assets. Spend allows users to keep and control the keys to their cryptocurrency holdings because it is integrated into a non-custodial wallet. According to Mercuryo, it works with 40 cryptocurrencies, like Ethereum and Solana. Also, users must abide by know-your-consumer and anti-money laundering regulations set forth by the card issuer.
According to the company, instead of the usual wait they would have when dealing with a bank, cryptocurrencies purchased through Spend are instantly available on the virtual card. The debit card is first accessible to cryptocurrency holders within the European Economic Area (EEA). Mercuryo, however, intends to expand Spend’s availability in other parts of the world shortly.
