Trader Strikes Gold with 6 Million Dollars Profit After Investing 8,000 Dollars in Ethereum Meme Coin
On April 11, the price of the memecoin named Apu Apustaja (APU) surged, propelling its market capitalization to nearly $200 million.
Blockchain analytics firm Lookonchain highlighted a trader’s decision to invest in APU a month prior to its recent price surge.
vOn March 11, the trader executed four transactions, amassing approximately eight billion Apu Apustaja (APU) tokens. Additionally, the crypto trader acquired another 300 million tokens through two purchases: one on March 13 and the other on March 24.
The trader invested a total of 2.38 ETH, equivalent to approximately $8,300 at the time, in the memecoin. By April 11, the token’s price surged to a peak of $0.0007907, valuing the tokens at around $6.5 million.
On April 12, the trader conducted six transactions, transferring the funds to another crypto wallet. This action could indicate a desire to move the assets to a different wallet or could suggest a decision to sell the tokens via a peer-to-peer (P2P) transaction.
While some traders exercise patience in their strategies, others swiftly capitalize on their gains, sometimes missing out on potential millions.
On March 14, a trader purchased approximately 170 million Book of Meme (BOME) tokens and sold them for $131,000 before the price surged on March 15. With current market prices, the trader potentially missed out on a $2 million gain.
Meanwhile, another memecoin trader seized the opportunity, transforming $13,000 into $2 million within just one hour. On April 3, the trader identified a memecoin named Donotfomoew (MOEW) as it launched on decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
Investing 4 ETH ($13,000), the trader acquired nearly 500 million MOEW tokens, which skyrocketed in value to approximately $2 million within an hour.
