With the recent rollout of the Valentine or SECP upgrade, the non-custodial mobile cryptocurrency wallet Trust Wallet has announced a new release for also Cardano customers.

Cardano staking on the platform was reportedly disrupted as a result of the most recent upgrade, according to the Binance-owned crypto wallet.

Because of this, iOS users are unable to unstake their ADA. It advises users to update to Android v7.1 because an update to remedy this change has been released, according to what has been said. Version 7.27 of the mobile cryptocurrency wallet for iOS is reportedly coming shortly.

Successful Mainnet Deployment of the Valentine Upgrade

The Valentine upgrade, which adds support for Plutus SECP cryptographic primitives, was successfully deployed on the Cardano mainnet this week, precisely on February 14. This development was disclosed by the Cardano constructor Input Output Global (IOG).
