DIA is a multi-chain, end-to-end, open source and oracle platform for Web3. Announced a collaboration with Epics, a decentralized crowdsourcing platform to further promote open-source software development.
DIA has collaborated with Epics to provide off-chain/on-chain automation through an oracle, and strengthen and develop its decentralized platform on Solana.
What is Epics?
Epics is a decentralized crowdsourcing platform to promote open-source software development. With Epics ;
- Clients can set GitHub issue as Quest (Smart Contract)
- Developers can receive token rewards by solving GitHub issues (Tasks).
This ecosystem allows developers to focus on problems in their area of expertise. In addition, customers will be able to solve more advanced problems. The more coin rewards there are, the more attention is paid to the problems that need to be solved. As a result, the quality of open source software grows faster. Epics solves resource imbalances in software development.
Oracle-Based Off-Chain/On-Chain Automation
Epics has created a platform on Solana that uses Github pull requests to track the progress of projects and provide funding to developers. Examples include following up on a specific submitted work or closing a PR after it has been approved and completed.
Shota Kishi, Co-Founder of Epics, says:
“We are very excited about this collaborative development with DIA. DIA’s customizable and transparent oracle infrastructure enables our Epics platform to operate as a decentralized application by using off-chain/on-chain data in a secure and smooth fashion. We believe that using off-chain/on-chain data automation correctly can make blockchain technology more useful to society”
In order to successfully fulfill the needs of Epics, DIA established a 2-step automation system:
- Off-Chain: DIA has created an API endpoint that provides real-time information about the status of the selected pull request. As soon as there is a change in the status of the pull request, the DIA API will trigger an update for oracle.
- On-Chain: DIA has implemented an exclusive Oracle smart contract to Solana. Oracle is triggered by the API and updates the on-chain status of the pull request with the new information.

Oracle, the status of Pull Requests (off-chain data) in the epic Solana (pre-chain) protocol provides automatic connection between the source and decentralized mass development platform, ensures smooth operation.
About DIA
DIA is a multi-chain, end-to-end, open source and oracle platform for Web3. The DIA platform enables the procurement, verification and sharing of transparent and verified data streams for traditional and digital financial applications. DIA’s enterprise-level data feeds cover digital asset prices, NFT floor prices, lending rates, foreign exchange rates, and more.
