Shares of Snowflake (SNOW) rose in extended trading on Wednesday after the company released a positive full-year outlook and announced quarterly revenue that was above analysts’ estimates. After-hours trading saw a more than 6% increase in Snowflake shares. At the close of business on Wednesday, the stock was up sixteen percent for 2025.

Snowflake Posts 26% YoY Growth, Beats Revenue Estimates in Q1

The cloud software company reported first-quarter product revenue of $996.8 million, which was higher than Visible Alpha’s analyst average and up 26% year over year. Looking ahead, Snowflake predicted that full-year product revenue would reach $4.33 billion, exceeding Wall Street’s demand of $4.29 billion.

Snowflake’s Stellar Quarter: Revenue and Earnings Beat Analyst Forecasts

The quarter’s total revenue of $1.04 billion exceeded projections and represented a 26% increase. Well ahead of expectations, adjusted net income increased from $52.2 million, or 14 cents per share, in the previous quarter to $87.3 million, or 24 cents per share.
