RCADE Price Drops Post-Launch Despite Listings on Binance and Major Exchanges

RCADE Price Drops Post-Launch Despite Listings on Binance and Major Exchanges

On July 9, Binance Alpha, Binance’s early-access listing platform, formally listed RCADE, the native token of the Arbitrum Layer 3 gaming-focused RCADE Network. Spot listings on Gate.io, KuCoin, Bithumb, and Bitget swiftly followed. In the early wake of the high-profile rollout, RCADE experienced severe downward pressure.

RCADE began trading at $0.0029 after its TGE, but it fell more than 30%, reaching an intraday low of $0.0018 on July 10. The steep sell-off is in line with a more general trend observed in early-stage token launches, where short-term selling pressure is triggered by early unlocks and airdrop receivers.

RCADE’s Sharp Drop and Quick Rebound Show Investor Confidence

It is noteworthy that 19.38% of RCADE’s 40 billion token supply was allocated to community projects like incentive schemes and airdrops. By being fully unlocked upon launch, the majority of these tokens increased the supply in circulation and probably aided in the sudden decline in price.

Even though RCADE first declined, it has since recovered. According to the most recent data, the token recovered to $0.0020. This indicates that investors who have faith in the project’s long-term viability are starting to build up. Such a comeback indicates that some investors remain optimistic about the project and do not see the sell-off as a reflection of the project’s long-term sustainability but rather a market reaction.

The Rise of RCADE: Low Fees, Fast Transactions, and Player Rewards

Revolving Games, a Web3 studio that created games like War of Nova and Skyborne: Phoenix Flight, created the unique Arbitrum Layer 3 gaming infrastructure known as RCADE Network. With its integrated environment, RCADE facilitates low-cost, fast in-game transactions, all specifically designed for smooth GameFi experiences.

Playing incentives, validator staking, node emissions, and protocol-level governance are all powered by RCADE, the network’s utility and governance currency. Additionally, in-game purchases and ecosystem fees are paid with the token.
