Rabbitcoinhole had an exclusive interview with Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin at TOKEN2049, which was closely followed by the crypto world and ended with intense participation.
Muhammet Enes Yüce, known as Rabbitcoinhole, asked Vitalik Buterin an important question about the direction of Ethereum; “What developments will happen on the Ethereum network in the near future?
Buterin stated that the first phase of Ethereum is the Petra hard fork, and with this development, there will be a major change in the Ethereum network. Buterin noted the following words;
“Something big is happening, there are many things, right? There are EVM improvements like EIP 7702, EOF, and at least three times better peerdust. This will ensure that layer-2s can continue to scale.”
Speaking at TOKEN2029, Buterin noted that the Ethereum network has a speed of almost 300 TPS. Buterin added that they will continue to work on making layer-2s more efficient. Ethereum’s co-founder stated that after making layer-2s efficient, their goal is to strengthen layer-1. “We will make Ethereum the base layer,” Buterin said.
