In the past day, Immutable announced Polygon and Immutable’s partnership on its social media account. The two leading players in the industry will use ‘Immutable zkEVM’ to deliver a high-quality gaming experience. The zk rollup compatible with EVM will be backed by Polygon, and the platform will be provided by Immutable.

The Web3-based gaming space is evolving day by day. Users or players are no longer just playing games for entertainment. Both builders and players are also playing to earn income from these games. With Polygon and Immutable’s partnership, the gaming industry seems to be expanding even further.
Benefits for Both Companies
Polygon Network Co-Founder Sandeep Nailwal describes the collaboration as ‘the collaboration of an unstoppable force with an immovable object’. The two companies will work individually, and their common denominator will be the ‘Immutable zkEVM’ product.
Polygon Network Co-Founder Sandeep Nailwal said: “Not only this, Immutable is going to enable multiple big studios to launch their own app-specific chains, which will all be MATIC-staked.”
However, it is worth mentioning that developers can now transfer their products built on Ethereum, Polygon, or any other platform to Immutable zkEVM. In addition, both firms will have native tokens MATIC and IMX gas fee assets.
