Stripe Partners with Web3-Based Firms

Fintech Giant Stripe Partners with Web3-Based Firms

Stripe, a payment facilitator company that facilitates the financial transactions of developers and businesses, has partnered with Web3-based companies for the fiat-to-crypto widget product it has developed to facilitate the purchase of crypto currencies.

Stripe’s Partnerships

Stripe has released an onramp widget that makes it possible to buy cryptocurrencies with fiat currencies without the need for any crypto exchange. To review the product fintech firm has released here. The company has partnered with some Web3-based firms to support the Widget it created. The first of the companies fintech firm has partnered with is Audius.

Audius is a blockchain-based music platform. Musicians using the Audius platform will be able to earn income from the Audius platform using Stripe’s product. Forrest Browning, co-founder of Audius said:

“We’re incredibly excited to introduce monetization into our product with the use of Stripe’s onramp. The industry was in dire need of a cheap, customizable crypto onramp, and we finally have the product we’re looking for.”

Another platform that will use fintech firm’s product is Magic Eden. Magic Eden will use the product for NFT purchases on its platform. Jack Lu, co-founder and CEO of Magic Eden said:

“We want the whole world to experience the magic of NFTs. That’s why we are excited to work with Stripe to debut a fiat payment solution that will allow us to reach new Web3 users.”

Apart from Audius and Magic Eden, Argent will use Stripe’s product for the Backpack, Fractal and Orca platforms. Thanks to the onramp widget developed by platform, users will now be able to access crypto currencies directly through the site without leaving these platforms.

Headquartered in San Francisco, the company offers web developers, the applications they develop, and the process of creating a payment system thanks to APIs available on platforms. By integrating APIs, developers can get paid in a matter of minutes. It was created to correct this problem by recognizing the difficulty of receiving payments on the web. In addition to paying transactions, the platform also offers many side product support to businesses and developers for the sustainable operation of the system they have installed.
