Huobi, one of the well-known cryptocurrency exchanges, announced a strategic partnership with Poloniex after the news of the partnership, which it had previously denied.
About The Partnership
Cryptocurrency exchange Huobi announced the partnership on its website as follows:
“The two exchanges will progressively cooperate in multiple business aspects including HT ecosystem development, project connectivity, liquidity sharing and global compliance – committing to build the world’s top trading platform and gaining the trust of users.”
In addition, together with the partnership, the Huobi advisory board will evaluate all projects on Poloniex every month. At the end of the evaluation, the best selected projects will be listed on the Huobi platform. Before the announcement of the partnership, rumors of a partnership were circulating within both platforms. These rumors were first revealed by Justin Sun, the founder of the Tron network, but Huobi denied these rumors.

Poloniex is a cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2014. It was acquired by Circle in 2018 and closed its operations to US users in 2019. The platform currently supports 100s of cryptocurrency transactions and plans to be one of the most used cryptocurrency platforms in the future.
