Istanbul Blockchain Week, which took place between June 26-27, hosted important names and ended with an intense participation. Istanbul Blockchain Week, which hosts more and more participants every year and of which we are a media partner, has become a growing strategic market in the field of Web3 and blockchain.
Bitcoin Joins The Big League
In an interview with Haberler.com at Istanbul Blockchain Week, Castrum Capital CMO Muhammet Enes Yüce made striking comments about the course of Bitcoin and the development of the crypto ecosystem. Yüce emphasized that the leading crypto Bitcoin is now accepted and more adopted by governments. Referring to the institutional demand that started with US President Donald Trump and supported by ETFs, Castrum CMO said, “Bitcoin is no longer just an investment tool; it has become a strategic reserve accepted by governments.”
Education Is a Must in Crypto
The BTC price has seen significant growth recently, with institutions turning to Bitcoin. Despite BTC’s bull run, altcoins have failed to meet expectations. Referring to altcoins, Yüce stated that not every altcoin project released to the market will be successful, and only projects that solve real problems and generate value will survive. Yüce stated that investors should be selective in altcoins.
Recommending that investors should focus on financial literacy and education, Yüce said, “Investors should act according to information, not rumors.” Yüce emphasized that the crypto sector is just emerging, so it is vital for investors to create a conscious profile.
